Please read these terms of use carefully before using this website or application. All of the terms are important, but please pay special attention to those that are in bold font as some of these terms may limit our responsibility or involve some risk for you. These Terms of Use (“Terms”), which include the Location-Specific Terms below, govern your access to and use of our websites, mobile sites, mobile apps and other related services (collectively, our “Platform”). In these Terms, when we refer to "Rénooo,” “us,” “we” or, “our”, we mean Les industries Royalty Inc., 7562, ch. de la côte-de-liesse, Quebec, H4T1E7 Canada, and its directly and indirectly held subsidiaries, which includes the Royalty entity indicated in the Location-Specific Terms below. The terms “you” and “your” mean you, the person or entity who uses the Platform. Review these Terms carefully: this is a contract and affects your legal rights. By using the Platform, you agree to and accept these Terms. If at any time you do not accept these Terms or you are not entitled to use the Platform, stop using thePlatform AND delete any of your Platform accounts.

These Terms contain a mandatory individual arbitration provision and class action waiver. This requires you to use arbitration on an individual basis to resolve disputes, rather than class actions. By accepting these Terms, you expressly agree to be bound by and abide by these Terms, including the mandatory individual arbitration provision and the class action waiver provision.

SMS Marketing Communications
By providing your mobile phone number through the Platform, you consent to receive marketing and promotional text messages (SMS/MMS) from Rénooo, including messages sent using automated technology. These messages may include promotions, offers, updates, reminders, and other marketing communications related to our products and services.
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
You may opt out of receiving marketing text messages at any time by replying STOP to any marketing text message you receive from us. After you send the STOP request, we will send you a confirmation message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. Once confirmed, you will no longer receive marketing text messages from that program.

Your mobile number and messaging data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Depending on which of our products or services you use, additional terms may apply (“Additional Terms”). Additional Terms may apply for promotions, sweepstakes, contests, giveaways, or similar programs, or for certain types of products or services, such as paid subscription services. If Additional Terms are inconsistent with these Terms (including the Location-Specific Terms), the Additional Terms control.

Where applicable, you may not access or use the Platform unless you are at least the age of majority in your location/jurisdiction of residence, or you have permission from your parent or legal guardian.
