Product Returns
To return a product, an authorization RMA needs to be generated by our After-Sales Teams. Our sales are final. Shipping cost of returning an item is at the customer expense.
If an item is defective and the Service agent decided to accept a return, an RMA authorization number will be associated with the return and the agreement will be decided at this moment by the agent.
